Counselling services offers support free of charge, including both individual and group counselling, to support students as they work through the personal challenges that affect their ability to succeed at school and in other areas of their lives.

Good2Talk is a free, confidential helpline for post-secondary students in Ontario. By calling Good2Talk, students can receive information and referrals about services and supports for mental health, addictions and well-being on and off campus or speak anonymously with a professional counsellor.

Wellness Education and Promotion Centre

The Wellness Education & Promotion Centre is a student-driven safe space where students can seek information and support on a variety of health topics, such as: mental health, sexual health and sexuality, body image, nutrition, healthy relationships, and safe alcohol, cannabis and other drug use. The centre also runs a wide variety of awareness and educational campaigns including workshops on topics such as stress management, sexual assault, eating for energy, and how to help a friend. Sexual Violence Support Centre
This office provides leadership in prevention and intervention programs to support survivors of sexual violence, and to enhance the conditions and likelihood of personal and academic success. This includes ensuring appropriate coordination of care and individual support for students and communicating with appropriate partners, both on and off campus. The Health and Performance Centre

The Health and Performance Centre provides expertise in sports medicine, rehabilitation and health promotion. Services include: sports medicine, physiotherapy, massage therapy, chiropractics, pedorthics, bike fitting, nutrition and fitness.
Stress Management & High Performance Clinic
Relaxation & Stress Management Skills Training program for individuals to learn relaxation and self-regulation skills that improve health and performance. Shorter group programs focusing on specific topics such as test anxiety, better sleep, decreasing headaches and curbing worry have grown out of this longer, skills-based program. The Department of Athletics
Athletics offers a wide variety of activities and programs to meet the demonstrated needs and perceived interests of students. There is something for every interested Gryphon. Facilities include a twin pad arena, a field house with squash courts, swimming pools, weight training areas (including cardio, strength training and advanced training), multi-purpose areas, gymnasiums, lighted fields, an outdoor track and a covered athletics field with track.
Structured programs include a multitude of fitness and spinning classes each week, intramurals, interest classes (dance, martial arts, aquatics, pilates and yoga), certification courses, clubs, personal training, special needs programs and 30 intercollegiate teams.
